Born and raised in the border, I grew up in the heart of two diverse cultures and traditions. Having discovered my passion for writing at a young age, I decided that it was the driving motivation that today, continues to define my dreams and aspirations. Writing is the essence that allows one's spirit to fly, blending the reality of our world with the creativity of one's most profound thoughts. Having graduated from Loretto Academy with a firm desire to expand my knowledge in this field, I decided to pursue a career that would enable me to express myself in all levels. It is because of this that today I find myself in the process of completing a degree in Journalism and Creative Writing at the University of Texas at El Paso.
